Welcome to JusChe Foods. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

JusChe Foods provides personal chef and catering services tailored to client needs, subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure      your event date.
• Your event is confirmed ONLY after the deposit is      received.
• Final payment must be completed by the date listed on      your invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event details
• Ensure the cooking/event space is safe and sanitary
• Disclose all allergies and dietary restrictions

We are not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requests

We make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs. However, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

5. Pricing

Pricing may vary based on menu selection, event size, and location. Taxes and additional fees may apply.

6. Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If ingredients have been purchased before      cancellation, the client may be responsible for those costs.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are      non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is based on availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

JusChe Foods is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions
• Property damage not caused by our negligence
• Guest behavior
• Delays caused by weather, accidents, or unforeseen      circumstances

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, menus, and graphics, is owned by JusChe Foods and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana (or your actual operating state).

📄 REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 11/17/25

JusChe Foods is committed to providing exceptional culinary experiences. This policy explains how payments and refunds are handled.

1. Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits secure the event date and cover planning      time.

2. Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may      receive a partial refund excluding the deposit and ingredient costs      already incurred.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event      are not eligible for refunds.

3. No-Show / Last-Minute Adjustments

If the client is unreachable or significantly changes event details on the day of the event, no refund will be issued.

4. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is allowed when made 7+ days in advance,      based on availability.
• Deposits may be transferred to the new date.

5. Gift Cards / Digital Items

If gift cards or digital items are sold, they are non-refundable.
