The name “JusChe” was created by blending the first three letters of the cofounding chefs’ names: JUStin “Bigg Baby” Freeman (honoring a beloved father, friend, brother, and business partner) and CHElisa “CheChe” Boyce.

Chef Chelisa “CheChe” Boyce is a distinguished culinary professional who graduated with honors from L' Ecole Culinaire and is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF). With a career spanning both land-based kitchens and renowned cruise lines, Chef CheChe has honed her craft under the guidance of some of the industry’s finest chefs.

Her passion for food has taken her around the globe, where she has immersed herself in a variety of culinary traditions and techniques. Chef CheChe’s signature dishes showcase her expertise in seafood and gourmet desserts, and she is celebrated for her mastery of Southern, Creole/Cajun, vegan, Asian, and Caribbean cuisine. Her innovative approach and dedication to excellence make every dining experience memorable.
